Nick and Cynthia are the owners of Anderson Contracting Excellence. They currently have 3 children ranging from 8 years old to 3 years old! They started this business because they wanted more for themselves and their family. They both have big dreams but also want a schedule that allows them the family time that everyone deserves! They know it is not easy maitaing a home, inside and out, with children! So they want to offer their services to you! In hopes that you can regain some time for you and your family as well!

We both have extensive experience in management, over 15 years combined! At high levels I might add!


Cynthia worked her way up the latter from an associate to a Store Manager at a well known nationally accredited grocery store chain! As a Store Manager she has achieved goals no one thought was possible! These goals include record growth of sales, customer retention, inventory and overall loss, customer survey scores, labor hours used and budgeting goals, forecasting sales and many more! She was able to build a culture of determination and accountability. Through training and in the moment coaching, she has become knows as one of the best, if not the best, trainers of all positions in the entire region, thats over 60 stores! If anyone knows how to get the job done right the first time, it's Cynthia! Quite the resume!


Nick had a similar role as a Store Manger Trainee. Nick also started as an associate and worked his was up to Assistant Store Manager. A role he held for multiple years and was able to positively impact numerous stores as he was used to move around and help struggling stores gain traction and get back on track with company goals and standards. From here he made a move to a new company and was hired as a Store Manger Trainee. In this role Nick passed all tests and training required to get him the "Ready" stamp for becoming a Store Manager himself. In this time of waiting, Nick was able to create a culture of self accountability and responsability. Greatly impacting overall store conditions, customer retention, increased sales, decreased loss and more. He was was able to be acting Store Manger for a few months as a test before getting the official nod of approval. He was able to increase all major KPI's within 3 weeks. Reaching and exceeding goals the store had not achieved in over 3 years! All while increasing overall store conditons and team moral. Impressive!
